Why I became a Physician Assistant

Since I could remember, I have always loved the medical field but I was not sure what my place in it would be. In high school I met a Physician Assistant and learned about the role of a PA in the healthcare field. I knew then that this was going to be my career choice. I wanted to be in a flexible medical profession where I could function in many different settings. The most important reason why I became a Physician Assistant is because nothing makes me happier than interacting with patients and delivering medical care.
